KAITEK FLASH BATTERY IS PARTICIPATING IN THE PMI DAY – INDUSTRIAMOCI
Mark your calendar: November 17, during the eighth edition of PMI Day – Industriamoci, The National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises held by the Confindustria industrialists’ association and sponsored by Unidustria Reggio Emilia.
On that day, Kaitek Flash Battery will open its doors to 22 students from the Don Dossetti Comprehensive Middle School in Cavriago, who will have the opportunity to observe up close the electronics, the design and the assembly of Flash Battery lithium batteries for industrial machines and electric vehicles around the world.
Already engaged in the Alternating School and Work program of two institutes in Reggio Emilia – the Iti Nobili Technical Institute of Mechanics and Mechatronics, and the Silvio d’Arzo Mechanics and Mechatronics Institute in Montecchio Emilia – Kaitek decided to take part in SME Day with the goal of enabling the students to discover the opportunities offered by industry in the electronics sector, thus turning them into proactive players who are aware of the decisions they make for their future.
Launched for the first time in 2010, SME Day has become an established program that has also originated the Industriamoci project, which is the showcase of reference for activities that Piccola Industria and local boards devote to young people throughout the year.
The eighth National PMI Day is taking place as part of the XVI Corporate Culture Week put on by Confindustria and is included in the European SME Week sponsored by the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/growth/smes/support/sme-week_it).
