News for Flash Battery: change of the company name and registered office

2020 has brought a surge of important changes for Flash Battery: a new company name in perfect line with our Vision and a change of registered office in a new state-of-the-art headquarters.

We cannot deny that we will miss Kaitek srl, the name that has accompanied us on this journey since our debut and that has seen us grow and bloom!

But as in all challenges, you need to know how to renew and change, just as in 8 years we have gone from a start-up to a consolidated company, which today is part of an important group in the logistics sector, Elettric 80.

“The new company name – explains Marco Righi, CEO and Founder of Flash Battery srl – aims to strengthen the identity of our company, highlighting with immediacy not only its business segment but also one of the main characteristics of our lithium batteries, i.e. the speed of recharging that represents an essential factor of competitiveness for the electric vehicle industry as well as for that significant part of manufacturing that is gradually converting to electric production”.

Therefore, we have decided to align our company name with our brand, with which we produce and market lithium batteries for the industrial sector worldwide.

New company name: Kaitek srl becomes Flash Battery srl

Starting from 1st August 2020 the name of our company changes from Kaitek Srl to the new Flash Battery Srl: an important change, which will represent not only the best-selling lithium battery brand in Europe and worldwide but also our company and our team.

The transition will be rapid and streamlined, as only the company name will change, leaving the tax code, VAT number, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and website unchanged.

But that’s not all! We have been talking about it for months and now we can finally say that the dream has officially turned into a wonderful reality!

In the next few weeks, we will permanently move to the new company headquarters in Sant’Ilario d’Enza, a few kilometres from the current one but with much more to offer us.

Starting from Monday 3rd August 2020 all industrial activities, the various departments and our offices will officially move to the new registered office located in Via XXV Aprile Ovest, 23/a – 42049 Sant’Ilario d’Enza (RE) -Italy

Lots of space, cutting-edge technology and international scope are just some of the many innovations that await us in the new industrial site dedicated to the production of lithium batteries, built with great attention to the environment and sustainability, completely plastic-free, without the use of fossil fuels and with a large photovoltaic park, which will help to support most of the company’s consumption.
