Marco Righi among the speakers at the ‘Mechatronics Trends GB Round Tables’ conference
3 October 2023
Tecnopolo of Reggio Emilia
The event, now in its second edition and organised by GB Service Lab, – a startup that assists customers in solving problems on hydraulic, mechanical and electronic systems – will take place on 3 October 2023 at the Tecnopolo of Reggio Emilia from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and aims to explore the latest trends in the field of mechatronics, offering a complete overview of the latest developments in the sector.
The round table will involve various experts in the sector, who will be called upon to analyse the state of the art and discuss the latest technological trends in the field of mechatronics. The main aim is to gather the views of authoritative figures in the industry and provide a truthful and timely portrait of emerging trends and cutting-edge solutions, which manufacturers are called upon to adopt in order to maintain their attractiveness and competitiveness in an ever-changing market.
In particular, the aim of the meeting will be to reflect on the future of mechatronics and technological innovation, analysing the impact of new technologies on industrial production, advanced robotics and other aspects concerning the future of industry. Indeed, this sector is more evolving and constantly changing than ever before, influenced by the numerous innovations that are being introduced to the market on a daily basis.
Marco Righi, will bring to the panel Flash Battery‘s decades of experience in the design and production of customised lithium batteries for the industrial segment and its technological know-how in the emerging electrification sector, illustrating the main challenges that the energy transition presents to the industrial machinery and vehicles market.
The speech by Flash Battery’s CEO and Founder will also shed light on the state of the art in the sector, in particular by analysing the regulations and measures introduced at European level to ensure the sustainability of the entire battery value chain in the long term, from the drafting of the battery’s supporting documentation to the policy on battery recycling and second life.
The round table, moderated by journalist Davide Bianchini, Editor-in-Chief of Reggionline, will also represent an important networking opportunity for the leading players in the mechatronics sector, who will have the possibility to meet and exchange views to establish strategic relationships and explore potential partnerships.
In addition to Marco Righi, the event will be attended by Massimo Milani, Professor of Engineering Science and Methods at Unimore, Matteo Bernardi, Head of Product Development & Vehicle Electrification” at COBO, and Enrico Coltelli, Technical Manager of E.C.O Italia, which sells the oils of the Swiss company Panolin in Italy.
