Flash Battery HR Team at Notte di Leonardo 2023 organised by ITIS Leonardo da Vinci in Parma

Flash Battery retraces its history and looks to the future by participating in the Notte di Leonardo, the event that connects students and local businesses

It was a real leap back in time that, last 1 December 2023, saw Flash Battery among the desks of the ITIS Leonardo Da Vinci in Parma on the occasion of La notte di Leonardo. This is, in fact, the Technical High School that saw the birth and subsequent development of the entrepreneurial passion of our founder and CEO Marco Righi.

Leonardo’s Night is now a real tradition:  an evening organised annually by the Parma ITIS, which, in an atmosphere of dialogue and discussion, aims to provide an important opportunity for the entrepreneurial world to meet those who will become its future protagonists, making the productive ferment of our territory tangible to young people.

More than 30 organisations and companies from the sectors most in line with the Institute’s main lines of study (Chemistry, Materials and Biotechnology; Electronics and Electrotechnology; Informatics and Telecommunications; Mechanics, Mechatronics and Energy; Transport and Logistics) responded to the invitation, taking part in the sixth edition of the event.

Flash Battery certainly could not miss an appointment of such resonance with the younger generations and so linked to our history and origins.

During the evening, Flash Battery’s HR team told the students and their families about Flash Battery’s history and evolution over time and the values that have guided our steps in the field of lithium-ion battery design and production for the machinery and industrial vehicle sector for over a decade. The students also had the chance to learn about the job opportunities that our company offers to young graduates, based on their personal skills and aptitudes.

It was an exciting and stimulating event that, for Flash Battery, represented a concrete opportunity to highlight the close link between education and industry and to show that, even great successes, originate from ideas followed with passion.
