Flash Battery‘s R&D Team, together with CEO & Founder Marco Righi and CTO and Co-founder Alan Pastorelli, held two days of training at the company’s headquarters on the subject of industrial electrification and batteries, a sector that is constantly evolving and growing rapidly.
The Master‘s course, organised in collaboration with MOTUS-E and aimed at creating professional figures in the field of electrification and sustainable electric mobility, is aimed at professionals, engineers and technicians already working in the sector and wishing to specialise, and is characterised by its marked technical focus with vertical insights and case study analyses by professionals in the electrification sector.
During the battery masterclass, for which Flash Battery was selected for the second consecutive year for its decades of experience in the sector, the R&D team answered the students’ many questions, examining in detail the architectures that characterise the different types of lithium batteries, the different chemistries on the market and their applications and evolutions.
The five modules of the lecture covered the following macro-topics:
Some of the differentiating elements of Flash Battery’s technology were also analysed, such as the Flash Balancing System, our patented BMS (Battery Management System), and the Flash Data Center, the remote and real-time control software for battery systems connected worldwide.
The two days of training also gave the students an overview of the company’s design and production departments, which gave a concrete demonstration of how a customised design and the production of battery packs is carried out.
The two days we spent with the students of the “E-mobility & electric powertrain” Master’s course confirmed, once again, that there are many young people who are enthusiastic and eager to learn more and more about the world of electrification and who want to delve into the different aspects of lithium technology and discover the sectors affected by the electric revolution. It was, as always, very stimulating to host them in our company and we hope that they will specialise, continue to take an interest in this sector and make a significant contribution to the development of the technologies of the near future.
