A day of discovering what it means to be Flash Battery

Saturday 15 June 2024 will be remembered as a special day for all of us at Flash Battery. For the first time in our history, we opened the doors of our headquarters to very special guests: the families of our employees.

It was a day that showed concretely what it means for us to be Flash Battery, allowing our families to know first-hand what are the steps that lead to the production of our batteries on the international market.

A journey through our history and our headquarters

Opening the meeting were the testimonies of our CEO Marco Righi and our Operations Director Filippo di Gregorio. Through their words, the families were able to retrace Flash Battery’s journey: from a small start-up to a leading international company in the lithium battery sector.

Founder Marco Righi talked about the idea from which everything originated, the motivations that guided the decision to focus on the industrial market, and the passion that has guided our development from the very beginning. Filippo di Gregorio, on the other hand, illustrated the operational strategies that have allowed Flash Battery to grow and evolve, always keeping the values of sustainability and innovation at the core.

The tour continued with a visit inside the places where we work every day and where our proprietary technology takes shape. The guests were able to take a close look at the offices and the production plant, discovering first-hand the function of each department and meeting the people who every day deal with the various stages of the manufacturing process of our batteries, from conception to production and international distribution.

The touring tour of our HQ gave visitors the opportunity to explore the various departments, understand the development and production processes of our batteries, and see first-hand how our proprietary technology is applied.

Looking at the future together

We believe that every milestone we have achieved is the result of the collective efforts of a group of dedicated and passionate people, in which each individual plays a fundamental role. This day was a wonderful opportunity to share our project and look together towards the same goal, making us feel part of one big family.
