Flash Battery Family Day: when the ordinary becomes extraordinary

A festive day of entertainment for all ages

Companies are not just buildings or a collection of know-how and patented technologies: they are living organisms, made up of people who inevitably bring their humanity and experience to every day activities. Each one of us is, in fact, the fruit of the relationships we build, not only with friends and family, but also in the workplace.

It is precisely this vision that, on Saturday 7 September 2024, drove our first Flash Battery Family Day, a day of celebration that brought together our working world and our loved ones.

The ordinary became extraordinary: we transformed the outdoor space of our HQ into a large playground, where friends and family got together for our Flash Battery Family Day.

A magical afternoon came to life with fun-filled, team-based activities designed for all ages. Children went wild with colourful inflatables, soap bubbles and creative moments with face painting. The older ones, on the other hand, engaged in challenges and team games, putting themselves to the test with activities such as human bowling, the climbing wall and the mechanical bull, which gave even the bravest ones a hard time.

All accompanied by lots of music and good food, two elements that could not fail to make this day a party to remember!

And what could be better than laughing together? The unmistakable humour of the italian comedian Paolo Cevoli won over all participants with a hilarious show.

A network of people working together and supporting each other

Just like the people behind them, companies live and grow through the relationships built within them, and every achievement is never just the result of individuals, but of a network of people working together, supporting and enriching each other, at home and at work.

The Flash Battery Family Day demonstrated once again that our true strength lies in the people who make up this large family.
