Guiding young people into the world of business: Flash Battery at the IIS Nobili Career Day

Offering young people guidance regarding the world of work, highlighting opportunities in industrial enterprises and supporting them in their vocational training and professional choices shows not just a commitment to education but also a responsible approach to the future. This is the thinking behind the Career Day, the event organised by the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “Leopoldo Nobili” vocational high school at Reggio Emilia in partnership with the Confindustria Reggio Emilia industrialists’ association, designed to bring together the school, its students and local businesses.
From 15:00 to 17:30 hrs on Monday 17 November, Flash Battery will be in the front line, sharing its experience and introducing young people to the world of industrial innovation.

The young minds of tomorrow meet Flash Battery at the Career Day

The future is definitely young people’s to shape, and Flash Battery is ready to provide them with the tools they need to make well-informed choices regarding their career paths.
We’ll be attending the Career Day to give them a first-hand introduction to our organisation, share the values that have guided us for more than ten years and tell them about the growth and professional development opportunities we offer to talented youngsters.

The aim of the event is to encourage fourth and fifth year students to consider careers in mechatronics and electronics, while also giving them the chance to get to know local businesses.
