A chat with Marco Righi, Flash Battery founder and CEO, about future visions and growth strategies
The world, it is known, is becoming increasingly electrified. A trend that is now well underway, often shifting, changing, sometimes disrupting, many of our habits. And which brings to light new and unexpected possibilities, in many situations. But where are we going?
A question we decided to ask to one of the protagonists of this change, Marco Righi, founder and CEO of Flash Battery: “the electric transition has been underway for some time now and is evolving at a rapid pace. Batteries have become a key element of our daily lives, in multiple areas of use. If automakers are leading the way by investing in gigafactories, with the goal of exponentially increasing large-scale electric car production, the industry is also playing its titular game and is seeing more and more manufacturers of industrial machines and electric vehicles choosing the path of electric transition of their fleets with a view to greater efficiency and lower environmental impact. Clearly, these are two sectors with different needs, just as the numbers and investment capacities are different. What is certain is that this is an ongoing and unstoppable evolution.”
