After a brilliantly closed 2022, Flash Battery’s 2023 will aim to maintain its growth trend, always focusing on the pillars that have underpinned its success over the years

Flash Battery closes 2022, the tenth year since its foundation, with the satisfaction of having achieved its goals (and in some cases even surpassed them): growth, development, R&D and expansion of the workforce have all recorded double-digit increases, leading the company to climb ever higher positions in the ranking of lithium battery manufacturers. Underlying this success is the strong motivation of the two founders, Marco Righi and Alan Pastorelli, the company’s CEO and CTO respectively, who nurture a team of young and professionally highly skilled people.

In 2022, the company’s turnover grew significantly, both on the domestic and international markets. Exports accounted for 21% of total turnover, a share that continues to grow (+37% compared to 2021) thanks to the numerous business relationships the company has established with foreign countries in recent years.  The growth in sales has allowed the management to invest further in the company’s growth: the workforce has increased to 80 employees (an increase of 22.2%).
