We talked about work with Flash Battery, defined by someone as the ” Emilia Apple.” In this historical period, work is a hot topic in which people’s expectations are changing and sometimes clash with the professional world. Can corporate needs be reconciled with those of employees?

History, mentality, philosophy, innovation… many people has dubbed Flash Battery as the ” Emilia Apple” just because of this mix of ingredients. Flash Battery is a company that has always looked at the world with a positive and innovative eye, and with a propensity to improve and seek solutions.

It is precisely in consideration of this approach that characterizes it that we asked Flash Battery to talk to us about its more human side, focusing on aspects related to work and employment, leaving out for this time the technological issues that we are used to investigate together.

Our talk with Giulia Pini and Margherita Colonna, HR Manager and HR Assistant at Flash Battery, covered various aspects: we went straight into the heart of the employment theme, asking them for their comments on the main critical issues that the employment market is experiencing today and the characteristics of the new generation of workers.
