In 2023, Flash Battery’s turnover grew by 54%, reaching €34 million: €25.7 million in Italy (+54%), €8.6 million in over 50 exporting countries (+46%). The data confirm its position: European leader in the production of lithium batteries for industrial machines and electric vehicles, but also a young company in full growth, thriving and innovative also in terms of management. At Flash Battery, in fact, it is not only the volume of business that grows, but also other fundamental development indicators such as employment and investment in the structure.
Objectives are achieved through synergies: Flash Battery has a competitive, efficient, reliable product, able to respond to market needs, anticipating them; it has a sales force present and rooted in the territory. But that is not all. Added to this is a marketing and communication strategy capable of communicating the company, its values and its product. A strong and authoritative channel, an engine that drives Flash Battery’s presence in Italy and abroad.
We asked Giulia Gibertini, Flash Battery’s Marketing & Communication Manager, to tell us about the role of her division in this growth, and the challenges and strategies implemented to speak and interact with operators and stakeholders throughout Europe.
