Founded in 2012 from an idea of Marco Righi and Alan Pastorelli, Flash Battery is an Italian company specialised in the design and production of customised lithium batteries for manufacturers of industrial machines and electric vehicles with high customisation requirements and medium production volumes.

Flash Battery currently employs a team of over 80 people and, to date, has delivered over 200MWh of energy and produced more than 500 different battery models, for a total of over 15,000 applications in 54 countries worldwide.

The distinguishing feature of Flash Battery lithium batteries is its proprietary technology: Flash Balancing System, the patented BMS, acts at high power in both active and passive mode with 20 times more balancing power than conventional BMSs. In addition, the automatic, real-time remote data control software, Flash Data Center, uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure the interconnection of all battery systems worldwide, enabling self-diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

It is precisely in this cutting-edge technology that E80 Group has believed, and has equipped its LGVs and AGVs around the world with Flash Battery lithium batteries since 2013.
