Are you a student or recent graduate who wants to get involved in a young and innovation-oriented environment? Flash Battery waits for you at Job Day 2023 promoted by the University of Parma to meet passionate and motivated young people who want to get involved and enter the world of work with initiative.

On Friday 22 September, our HR team will be at Hall 7, booth 81 of Fiere di Parma to tell students about Flash Battery‘s proprietary lithium technology and our the values, which are at the base of our corporate philosophy and constitute our way of being Flash Battery.

From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., students will have the opportunity to visit our stand, meet Flash Battery’s recruiting team and learn about the many job opportunities that our company offers to young people entering the world of work. There are, in fact, various perspectives for personal and professional growth within Flash Battery, based on the skills and personal predispositions of each candidate.

The event will represent a strategic meeting point between young talents and more than 145 participating companies and organisations from 10 different economic-productive sectors. This will provide an important opportunity for undergraduates and graduates of all degree classes to come into contact and hold cognitive interviews with established companies in the area, which offer concrete possibilities for professional growth.

In addition, thanks to a series of lectures and workshops, the one-day event aims to offer an open window on the constantly changing world of work, in order to provide effective answers to the main questions of students confronting this field for the first time.

In order to encourage the participation of students, the lectures of the involved academic years will also be suspended, and a free shuttle bus service will be available, departing from the main university venues to Fiere di Parma.
