From start-up to enterprise: Marco Righi tells Club Oltre of Unione Industriale Biellese about his entrepreneurial experience

Marco Righi’s business testimony is the protagonist of ‘Andiamo Oltre’, the series of entrepreneurial meetings promoted by the Club Oltre of Unione Industriale Biellese

On Thursday 18 April 2024, Flash Battery Founder and CEO Marco Righi will be among the protagonists of ‘Andiamo Oltre’, the cycle of four meetings organised and promoted by the Unione Industriale Biellese Entrepreneurs’ Club, dedicated to offering entrepreneurs from Biella opportunities to meet and exchange views with leading national and international business figures.

Interviewed by Daria Paoletti, SkyTg24 parliamentary journalist and Confindustria contributor, Marco Righi will tell the audience about his entrepreneurial experience and the idea that, in 2012, prompted him to invest in the electrification industry in Italy, believing in the potential of a market that, at the time, was still underdeveloped.

The speech, which will take place at the Circolo Sociale Biellese (BI), will highlight the entrepreneurial choices made, which have allowed Flash Battery to evolve from a start-up to a leading company in Italy for the production of lithium batteries for industrial machines and electric vehicles.

From the decision to focus on the industrial sector, through the path of internationalisation thanks to strategic partnerships active in the main European countries, always focusing on a strong commitment and large investments in research and development: these will be the main topics on which the testimony will focus.

In its third edition, the Club Oltre reaffirms and strengthens its primary objective: to propose important meetings that provide entrepreneurs in the area with useful hints to identify new emerging scenarios and develop, at best, their own business vision. This through meetings with the new actors of global change.

At the heart of the project is the desire to enhance the positive contamination of knowledge and know-how, with the conviction that coming into contact with different perspectives is crucial to grasping challenges and opportunities, and translating them into concrete actions for business success.

The cycle of meetings aims, in fact, to create a space dedicated to the exchange of ideas and insights, in order to provide insights and build an active and proactive dialogue between the players on the Italian entrepreneurial scene.
