Battery Day 2026: Flash Battery’s perspective on the technological maturity of the Italian battery supply chain

The Italian battery industry is once again coming together to discuss technologies, expertise and future development prospects. On Thursday, 8 October 2026, during E-TECH EUROPE, BolognaFiere will host the second edition of Battery Day, the conference dedicated to the battery industry in Italy.

Throughout the day, institutions, companies, industry associations, research centres and sector professionals will discuss the current state of the battery industry, the growth prospects of the Italian supply chain and the key technological and industrial challenges that will shape its future development.

Among the speakers at Battery Day will be Marco Righi, CEO and Founder of Flash Battery, who will take part in the panel “The technological maturity of the Italian supply chain” from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. He will share his perspective on the technological evolution of the sector, drawing on almost 15 years of experience in developing custom lithium batteries for the electrification of industrial machinery and vehicles.

• 11:30 am – 1:00 pm | Critical raw materials

The technological maturity of the Italian battery supply chain: Flash Battery’s experience
