The 9th SPS IPC DRIVES , also known as the trade fair for smart, digital and flexible manufacturing, closed a couple of weeks ago and during the same period of time our team was recognized as the best under-40 company in Emilia Romagna and won the Deloitte Best Managed Company Awards 2019

Flash Battery is among the 46 “Best Managed Companies of Italy” in 2019. Awarded by Deloitte during the event held at the Borsa Italiana and supported by ALTIS Università Cattolica, ELITE (a programme of the London Stock Exchange Group supporting high-potential companies in their development and growth) and Confindustria, the recognition rewards the Reggio Emilia-based company for its achievements in the area of strategy, skills, performance and innovation.
Innovation has always been part of Flash Battery’s DNA and this was recognized by the Deloitte “Best Managed Companies of Italy 2019”:

The Best Under-40 Company of Emilia Romagna award was announced during the “Industria Felix – l’Italia che compete” event organized by the Industria Felix Magazine of finance and economics in collaboration with Cerved, LUISS Guido Carli University, Industria Felix Cultural Association, the Puglia Region and Puglia Sviluppo. The recognition went to Flash Battery.
Our CEO Marco Righi is in fact an “under 40”. Recently elected president of the group of young entrepreneurs “Giovani Imprenditori di Unindustria Reggio Emilia”, at 33 he leads a workforce of 45 employees with an average age of 33. The company has a short past but a clear vision for its future. Ever since it was founded in 2012, Flash Battery has distinguished itself as one of the most important European manufacturers of lithium batteries for electric vehicles and industrial machines.
