Deloitte Best Managed Company Award: Flash Battery wins for second year running

After being crowned “the best company under 40” in Emilia-Romagna at the event “Industria Felix – l’Italia che compete” in early 2020 like in 2019, we have been selected for the second year running among Italy’s “Best Managed Companies” by the jury appointed by Deloitte made up of authoritative personalities from the Italian entrepreneurial, academic and institutional world.
We are especially happy to have been recognized for aspects that go beyond our growth in turnover. What were considered very important were innovation in processes and products, growth in trade with other countries (Flash Battery exports to 54 countries) and corporate responsibility, which translates into attention to human resources.
“On this front, even at the height of the pandemic, we did not resort to social safety net measures, and during the first eight months of 2020 we hired 13 new employees. Our workforce thus grew to 56 people, representing a 25% increase since the beginning of the year. In addition, our employees responded enthusiastically to the initiative encouraging them to donate vacation hours to colleagues who risked seeing their accumulated leave entitlement significantly reduced or completely depleted.
We have also taken great satisfaction from the recognition received in the areas of innovation and internationalization, the result of a growth journey that, over the years, has strengthened our presence in foreign markets and enhanced our ability to develop increasingly sustainable and advanced solutions. This ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability remains at the core of our strategy, and we continue to invest in these values to further consolidate our international expansion”.
