Through three days of confrontation and collaboration, from 22 to 24 May 2023, the students of the Masters in International Management and the Masters in Innovation promoted by CIS, Unindustria’s training body, had the opportunity to experience the working world of Flash Battery at 360 degrees, competing in a competition of innovation and creativity, with the aim of developing two different Talent Attraction projects to submit to our HR team.
During the first day, the students had the opportunity to meet first-hand our CEO and founder Marco Righi, who explained to them the cornerstones of Flash Battery‘s technology, which have enabled a young start-up to become a leader in the design and production of lithium batteries for industry. During the presentation, which was followed by a company tour, Flash Battery’s core values were also presented, which have underpinned the company’s vision since its foundation in 2012 and which characterise the way of working of all our employees.
The students then met our HR team to discover what it means to work and grow within Flash Battery, touching first-hand the tools the company offers to enable the personal and professional growth of its people, through onboarding paths for new recruits, team building initiatives and various training courses.
On the second day, divided into two teams, the students then carried out a benchmark analysis, in which they were able to reflect on Flash Battery’s main needs in order to think about how to develop innovative employer branding proposals tailored to our needs and in line with the company’s values.
Finally, on the third day, the two teams competed in a real challenge, presenting two concrete proposals to the Flash Battery management, the HR team and the marketing team:
The first team presented two Onboarding proposals, which focus on the importance of the mutual exchange of skills between various departments in order to make the work experience an increasingly formative path from both a professional and personal point of view.
The second team, on the other hand, focused on the development of two Talent Attraction projects, which aim to make the recruiting process more and more effective and profitable by exploiting the processes of innovation and digital transition and giving a prominent role to the assessment of soft skills.
“The students did an excellent job, developing innovative, but above all concrete and feasible projects, in line with our values and our way of being Flash Battery. The proposals they have submitted are a valuable cue for us to respond reactively to a rapidly evolving labour market and to attract and develop talents who are proud to be part of our team”.
