As required by the Italian Decree, Flash Battery will halt production. Smart working is ongoing for the office department
Following the issuance of the Italian Prime Ministerial Decree, which reinforced the sanitary measures aimed at countering the spread of COVID-19 and ordered the suspension of all production activity throughout Italy that is not considered essential, the production department of Flash Battery has halted operation.
As required by the Decree,Flash Battery will halt production as ordered from Wednesday 25 March until 3 April 2020. Starting from the same date, our warehouse activity will also be suspended, with the consequent cessation of the supply of spare parts.
The following area WILL REMAIN ACTIVE: all customer services regarding remote assistance, sales support, consulting and administrative activities, as well as the purchasing department. This means that:
- The production department and the warehouse will be closed.
- The service department will be available for communication, but will not be able to send spare parts. For information, please contact: service@flashbattery.tech
- The sales department will be by your side and your contact of reference will update you on the deliveries and/or any changes made. For any doubt: sales@flashbattery.tech
